Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, after which they are handed off to Amazon’s fulfillment network for packing and shipping.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly through the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Amazon’s logistics network and partner carriers, which may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Split Shipments

Because we use Amazon’s fulfillment network, items may occasionally ship in separate packages.
